So far, everything works well. Strengths: easy to install, good quality, and very quiet. Weaknesses: the controls tend to rub against your thighs when sitting down, and the water temperature isn't always consistent.

After finding out that I can get my hands on a Japanese style Bidet in the UK I was thrilled. First of all the delivery was super fast. The heat settings and functions for drying etc are amazing. Fortunately my Father has experience with installing plugs / sockets (electrical) and plumbing skills or it will be difficult to assemble. We connected the plug that is outside the bathroom and installed a plug inside the bathroom with a fuse box and various other things. You do need to purchase additional items to get the UK toilet plug in the bathroom and cover the cables. Most importantly there is a serious electrical risk so you will need skills to ensure it is safe and there is no risk of being electrocuted. We don’t have any young children in the home so most of us have common sense to keep it dry at all times but if you have young children who will be in proximity, consider making it as safe as possible and keep the plugs away from water. We have a fuse box installed and a device to make sure to cut the power if it gets wet. If you don’t have the knowledge, it’s recommended to hire someone to safely install the device and it didn’t take more than 3/4 hours to sort everything. I am super excited to use the product and will be looking to purchase more to upgrade all of the toilets in our home. 10/10 👏👏

I’ve been using this for a few weeks now and it’s very good. No issues. I have a J-pouch so use the toilet 6-8 times a day and being able to wash and dry without constantly wiping has allowed my skin to recover very well. I would recommend for all but particularly for colitis sufferers or similar.

The clamp has to be loose so it can bend in order to attach the seat. If it is loose, the seat moves around. I took the clamp off and tried it with it off, it must be allowed to flex or it will NOT go on. Furthermore, it breaks easily when you try. Not good.
