Best noodles you can buy but very expensive.

We love these noodles. Organic, delicious and very quickly to prepare.

I used them for the first time ever yesterday and the family universally agreed they were the best they had eaten. Soft and silky in texture, they blended well with a stir fry. They are also so simple to prepare. We enjoyed them so much that I am now putting in another order. These are excellent and so quick to prepare.

I am very happy with this product despite the cost - it’s well presented and packaged and in the works of noodles has good taste and strength. Really pleased. Organic too

The first time I bought these noodles they were great. But when I bought them again a year later and used them they were a sticky, gelatinous mess.

Great taste and texture (when cooked to the exact timing), only takes 4 mins, takes on flavour really easily. I make my own healthy ramen noodles using these and I reckon they taste way better than store bought s***e.

I've cooked many rice noodles of different brands in my life, and these are by far the worst. I followed the instructions on the pack exactly and they almost instantly started to stick together really badly, soon forming clumps, and resulting in a sticky mess which somehow managed to seem undercooked and overcooked at the same time! After my first experience I experimented slightly with the cooking method but they turned out just as bad. The best results came from overcooking them, which helped to dissolve some of the clumps, but obviously meant the noodles ended up soft & soggy. I suspect the only method that might work would be cooking one portion at a time in a massive pan, so they could spread out and not get the chance to stick together, but I shouldn't have to do that! As I said, I've cooked rice noodles of various kinds many times in the past and have never had this trouble with any of them (in fact most have been fairly forgiving of a range of different approaches to cooking them), so I can't figure out how King Soba could be getting it so wrong! Looking at the other reviews it seems like these noodles used to be better in the past, so whatever they've done to reformulate them needs reversing!

These noodles are delicious and versatile. Have them hot or cold, plain with some oil, in a stir fry with some sauce, or in a soup. I can't find a single thing to complain about.

Great option for a summer salad or soup dish. Organic noodles are great! Can't wait to order more very soon.

Excellent. These are the real deal, just like the ones grandma made... er... I mean... just like the ones at all the places that make pho the way I like it. And organic, too. It's a bit of work, but now I can make our favorite soup at home.
