It is just not worth it for me. It's basically an empty tube. the only thing "slowing down" the breath is the little rod that's at the end of it that's part of the D ring that connects it to the necklace portion. If it closed in towards the end it would help to actually stop you from breathing out completely in a couple of seconds and it would be much easier to help hold it long enough to actually relax and help with panic attacks. this way it's much more effective to just put your lips in a kiss face and blow through that. The original version of this costs like $80 or smth preposterous like that. So, considering I am suffering from anxiety and wanted to use it during meditation or just bringing it around, I thought this was worth a chance. But nope. It's not even "silent" as claimed to be. I literally asked someone that was across the room from me if sshe could hear while I breathed out and yeah she could, loud and clear. Doing it with my lips only is much more silent. I am really sad it didn't work. It looked really good.

When I'm anxious, breathing deeply and exhaling through the tube helps me calm down. The tube makes no sound.

I thought it would make a whistle-like sound upon exhaling through it. It's basically just a metal tube the you blow through. A straw would would equally well. But it looks nice.
