I admit, I used to dislike bar soap and solid cleansers because of the mess they make and how gross they feel when they're left all wet and sloppy. A friend of mine got some name brand version of these, and I saw how much they improved the soap situation at his house, so I came looking for some, myself. These are a good deal, although they are a couple of millimeters thinner than the name brand ones, and smelt noticeably of chemicals and plastic when I first unwrapped them (it faded away not long after). Bottom line, they still do the job they're intended to do. If you want to clean them out (I've never had to), you'll probably have to soak them in warm water and agitate them to some degree. I suppose you could take a cleaning brush to them and push it into the "weave" to break up any leftover residue after they've soaked for several minutes. Either that, or stick them in the washing machine, in a mesh bag. I knocked a star off for the thinness and the smell, but honestly, these are great if you're willing to overlook those things.

Great for what it’s intended for. Fits perfectly in my shower rack. But can be cut to fit if needed. Will leave your soap textured as it dries, but I have no problem with that. My soap does tend to stick to it, so I do have to peel it off. But it’s great for maintaining my soap longer!

I like these soap savers. Drain well. Keeps the sink cleaner and are easy to clean.

These do a great job of preventing nasty bar soap scum from getting the shower super dirty. It holds everything in, but also drains super well due to the porous texture. It’s super easy to wash it in between uses when opening up a new bar of soap. This pack is very affordable and comes with a ton. And the color is true to the pics
