Superb. It all starts with cough and ends with this churna. Let me tell you it's so effective even for adults too. In my case my husband and my kids age 13 and 15 are always prone to severe cough n cold. But this work so well, just mixing with honey, and having two spoon in the morning and two spoon before going to bed. The next day a complete relief from cough and cold. It work well as soon as you see the mild symptoms of cough. Also using in chest congestion, it works well but, need a bit longer times, for relief. But yes works wonders. I am going to order 3 bottles more.This one is a great help.

If you have kids, you should have this in your home. Every time I feel my daughter's nose is stuffy or runny, (works well for both symptoms) I give her this churn/ powder mixed with honey. This is not a substitute for doctor, but on those days when we don't want to overload our children with medicines, this is very helpful.
