First class yeast Perfectshine results every time

I had been using "Baking Beauty & Beyond" yeast before trying this product. By comparison this yeast seems very fragile to temperature and just doesn't rise to the same extent. It works, hence 2 stars, but it's disappointing and frustrating no matter what you try to bake with it.

We found that the yeast produced a nicely risen loaf in our bread maker. Delivery to here in Italy was efficient and quick . We will continue to use this product.

Have used this yeast before it is first class. However, Amazon delivery was awful, notified delivered to letterbox when in fact it was left on the ground at the end of our driveway in full view of anyone passing.
