removed pain from my feet but added extreme pain to my ankles... fits well in trainers, but doesn't solve the problem. overal good sturdy insoles, but not for me

Keep these in my work boots where I'm on my feet for 8+ hours, doesn't keep the pain away completely but keeps it away long enough so its manageable. 5 months and hasn't started to deteriorate yet so quite durable.

Nice insole, not memory foam. Very comfortable and supportive. Please make sure you have room in your footwear for these as they do raise your foot up inside. So they can make the top of your trainer/ shoe tight.
