For me, this is a perfect sized knife for everyday carry. It's the same size as I've always been carrying. This CJRB Mica knife is especially good at fitting in my pocket, it has a nice deep carry clip so it is barely noticeable and the aluminum sides and clip make it slip in and out very easily! This is my first button lock knife and I am really liking it, I like pocket knives that I can open and close with one hand. I have been carrying a Gerber spring assist knife and I like how it deploys, but it's a little fiddly for closing. The CJRB knife works very smoothly and feels like it is great quality, I am sure there is better but for the price it feels very good. I have used it quite a bit already and the blade is still very sharp. I'm sure there are better blades, but I don't want something that is difficult to sharpen. This blade is easily sharpened with my easy sharpener.

Very sharp blade!! Able to slice through paper without dragging the blade through it. However, the finish on the handle started wearing off within days of carrying it in my pocket.

Carrying this Lil guy as my 5th pocket knife. It's small and slim enough to fit comfortably in the coin/watch pocket in my jeans but still big enough to feel comfortable in hand.

The CJRB CUTLERY Mica (J1934) is an outstanding EDC knife right out of the box. The blade is sharp and perfectly centered, the action is buttery smooth, the button lock works great, and the fit and finish are excellent. No rough edges, no blade play—just solid, reliable quality in a compact package. The AR-RPM9 steel holds an edge well, and the smooth aluminum handle feels great in hand without adding much weight as well as slides in and out of pocket nicely. But here’s where things get really fun: I swapped out the stock thumb stud for a SING F LTD Quick Open Thumb Stud, and it completely transformed how I use this knife. Now it works like a Spyderco Wave or Emerson opener. With a simple pull from your pocket, the blade is out and ready in a flash. Between this quick opener and the button lock, this knife is truly one-hand everything. No box stands a chance—I can open this knife with one hand tied behind my back… literally. As it comes, this knife is a winner. Add the quick opener and it’s a game changer.

Arrived sharp but with loose deployment. Second of this brand I trade and was disappointed. It appeared to be well rated but not for me at its cost.

Awesome sharp little knife!!

The crjb Mica is a great entry into the button lock knife thunderdome, I got the all black pvd coated version, and I got to say I am impressed. The knife feels very solid in hand despite its small size, I have larger hands and I can get a full finger grip on the handle without using the finger choil. The ergonomics of the knife feel good, the aluminum handles certainly add to the rock solid build of the knife, and it uses crjb’s signature ar-rpm9 steel. I haven’t found any hotspots after months of owning it. The jimping on the spine on the blade allows for good traction when using the finger choil to choke up on the knife. The action is snappy and the knife is drop shut, it runs on ceramic ball bearings and mine has zero lock stick which is common on lower end button lock knives. No blade-play left to right or up and down, and your thumb easily reaches the thumb studs due to the indentation on the handles. The lanyard hold comes in a variety of colors based on the colorway you chose, the all black version comes with a neon green lanyard hole, which is a nice touch and adds a pop of color on the knife. The clip is a small deep carry pocket clip which means that no part of this knife will be sticking out of your pocket when you are carrying it. The carry profile and size makes it an ideal carry for an office to open boxes, or something you can throw in your pocket and forget about. Overall this is an amazing budget button lock knife at a great price, if you are thinking about picking it up I would recommend giving this knife a shot.
