really great product， did good job！ sorry I forgot to take a picture for before & after. I have to say, the kettle looks like brand new after I using this cleaner. (BTW, I increase the dose. for 5L kettle, I used 5 spoon)

I bought this for my distiller. After every batch of water that I make for my plants and my appliances, I just put a scoop in add some water. I only have to let it sit for a couple of hours because I've been doing it since I bought the distiller and do it after every batch. So there's not much buildup. Within an hour to two hours, I just put in a little scrub brush with a long handle swirl it around and you can literally see the minerals floating in the water. Everything comes right off. Rinse it off with some hot water and I am good to go for my next batch! I would definitely recommend this product and I absolutely recommend if you're using it for something like a distiller that you use it after every use so that cleaning up is a breeze! My distiller comes out, shiny clean, there's no foaming or anything like that. There's no chemical smell takes all the stains right off. You only use a very small scoop so that bag shall last me a long time very good value for the money, definitely worth it.

Almost zero effort on my part to clean my distiller with this product. Throw a scoop in, fill with hot water, soak overnight, dump in the morning, quick and I mean QUICK wipe with a paper towel and that's it!

Great water dispenser cleaner. It’s a project but this product made it easier. I dissolved the descaler in hot water before I added it to 2 gallons of water to be sure it was mixed completely. Will buy again! Using it for humidifier and coffee makers as well. Just be sure to rinse well and flush all the cleaner out. Way better than bleach or vinegar.

works well, no strong smell, usually leave it in overnight. minimal scrubbing next morning. just a lil expensive to me

Very satisfying! This is better than KLR! I used it to remove scale/mineral build up from my cats' ceramic drinking fountains with 2 scoops mixed in hot water, letting it all soak for about 1hr, and scale easily wiped off (very ASMR satisfying too). I quickly rinsed everything well, then to neutralize any residue, used 1/4 tsp baking soda mixed into a sink full of water (1 gal or so) with all components, soaking them 20min+ and washed all remaining residue out with plain water so entirely safe! Although I use filtered water in the fountains we still have hard water deposits. I put this in my toilets where mineral build occurs at the water level and left it over night & like magic they are gone!

Excellent for cleaning Stainless Steel Distillier Pot

I have tried other products but none have been as easy as this was. Full with water above mineral line, add two scoops of cleaner and then let sit for 12 hours. Rinse and it looked like new. No having to boil it for an hour or repeat the cleaning multiple times. Best product on the market.

This product works well. Ironically it even works well for hot water kettles while the specific product made by this brand for kettles did not work at all (used so many tablets and it didn't do anything..). Highly recommend for distillers and hot water kettles. Works very quickly to clear build up and is fascinating to watch in action. I almost threw out my water kettle (again) but this made a huge difference. I will say that for distillers, it cleans the bottom no problem but found it did not clean the sides of the distiller as good which has a crumbly white residue (even with scrubbing).

This descale product worked amazingly well. The first photo is how the kettle was looking before any product. The second photo is the remaining rust after 6 hrs. The 3rd photo is after a second clean for 7 hrs. I used the cleaner on 2 separate days (about 2.5 week difference). The product says to keep the cleaner sitting in the container for 8 hrs or overnight. The 6 hrs did much more than expected. The instructions were extremely easy to follow with no complications.

Good for cleaning. I left it four stars as it arrived damaged.
