A great set for doing my physical therapy exercises at home. More importantly, for me, no latex!

Bought for my wife for her physical therapy. She likes the idea that it's color coded for strength and resistance in order to assist with her exercises and routines

Purchased to continue rehab following a shoulder injury, but always wanted to incorporate resistance bands into my training along with the dumbbells I’m currently using. Physical therapist said bands toughen my shoulders by strengthening the small supporting muscles for bench presses and pullups. Not only are these bands affordable but easy to store and a great addition to my home gym and on-the-go. Super alternative to the push of a dumbbell that gets easier at the top of the movement; with these bands you have to work harder at the top! There are five levels and lots of exercises you can tap into on-line.

I was thrilled to find some latex-free resistance bands, since I'm allergic to latex. I purchased these therapy bands to work on improving my strength and balance. Ironically, shortly after they arrived, I fell on my stairs. Not only was my ankle dislocated, it was fractured in several places. Once I was able to get back home from rehab, my physical therapist suggested that I get some therapy bands. The bands come in array of colors, with each color being a different resistance level. Which works out very well for increasing the flexibility and strength of my ankle, not to mention my other body parts. I highly recommend these resistance bands. They're well worth the money.

Great value for exercising at home

Love the colors. Length is fine. But the middle size one snapped the 4th use in and I didn’t even pull hard. I was a bit disappointed cause I used the orange for a while fine and was moving up to the greenish blue. Unfortunately it’s not durable.
