I love these cookies. What a joyful treat to melt in your mouth. Quality and freshness were terrific.

Ever since I ordered 12 boxes, I find Bahlsen's the best chocolate cookie around. The second time I ordered however -- in July -- all the cookies in all the boxes had melted en route, melted and re-dried, creating discolored cookies and blotches of melt. Unsightly and unable to share with guests. Very disappointing. But when I reached out to the company, they were most helpful and responsive. Not only the best cookie, but excellent service. Highly recommended

The combination of the cookie and chocolate is perfect. Very difficult to eat just one!

Despite having a current expiration date, these cookies arrived with the biscuit stale and the "dark" chocolate so oxidized i thought it was milk chocolate. Tastes bad. Definitely not buying again.

The cookies are great. The packing, not so much. Shipper simply wrapped 3 boxes with clear plastic wrap. As a result, some of the cookies were broken. For the price, you expect the product to be imtact.

I've been obsessed with these cookies for quite some time now. I absolutely LOVE the Bahlsen brand - the flavor is incredible, the price is beyond fair, and quality of the product is very high, and their customer service is absolutely outstanding!
