Works with my Dingwall, but too short
This strap is excellent in almost every way. The auto-locking mechanism is secure, reliable, and works perfectly with my Dingwall—no risk of accidental slips, and no damage to the instrument. The material is lightweight and comfortable, making long playing sessions easy on the shoulders. However, the lowest length setting is still a bit too long for my preference. If D'Addario made a slightly shorter version or allowed for more adjustment, it would be absolutely perfect. If you’re someone who likes their bass or guitar at a higher position, this might not be the ideal fit. But for comfort, security, and build quality, it’s a fantastic strap overall.

Poor value for money
It’s only half a leather strap with plastic locks. Definitely overpriced. The plastic locks are a clever idea but at least half of the material of this strap is a basic nylon material. The other half is very thin leather. For this price, I could have bought a thick leather strap AND purchased some locking straplocks. I’d already bought a nice synthetic locking strap by DAddario for about £15 so I had high hopes for this… but that small bit of leather for 60 odd quid is a joke.
