I was feeling low in energy and after taking these capsules i got an awesome energy boost. It does help to build the immune system.

I ordered this particular mushroom supplements because I was hoping it would not only reduce my inflammation, but also help me to relax so I could improve my sleep quality as well as manage my stress and anxiety. It's only been a couple of days, but I'm not really sure I am seeing a lot of change yet. I feel like I could be seeing a very slight improvement, but not enough yet to be confident that it is from taking this Reishi mushroom supplement. I suppose only time will tell. Aside from this, I have had no negative side effects nor do I notice any taste of burping it up. It's fairly easy for me to take, but I am used to taking supplements like this.
