It looks like scraps from the floor of a petticoat factory. Stop, regroup and start shaking and flapping. Do several times then fluff with hands. Put around object (table for me) and fluff and mold into the shape of a snow ball. So shabby chic. When you take a little time you will be amazed at the exquisite cover you made from "scraps".

I ordered the smaller skirt for my pencil tree and it's the perfect size. The tulle is beautiful and full. Once packages are placed on it, it flattens down a little. I do highly recommend the skirt though. It's reminiscent of the ballerina in the nutcracker, lots of ways you could utilize this in your holiday decor.

Yes, this comes shrink wrapped, but don’t worry. Fluff some by hand, and then toss in the dryer on the delicate cycle for about 15-20 minutes. The wrinkles disappear!

Fluffy but kind of wish the ruffles went around instead of verticle.
