Nice earbuds but overpriced
I bought them and I know they doesn’t support Bluetooth classic. Only support Bluetooth LE which is found on some android devices. I use it for gaming with my iPhone 15 pro max with the dongle only. Which is very nice. The plastic and charging case doesn’t feel premium at all. I wish they improve this on their next versions. Some instructions not clear as I had one earbud working on Bluetooth and the other is working on the dongle. What you have to do is connect the dongle and put it as “PC” and touch the earbuds long press at the same time while on your ears then both will switch to USB and you hear your media from both ears. Overall nice sound . Good for gaming and media. ANC is good. Nothing “WOW” expected from earbuds if you compare them to large headsets ofc. But still very impressive surrounding for earbuds and the best in the market for now.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!
IF YOU WANT TO USE THIS DEVICE TO CONNECT YOUR ANDROID PHONE AND PC, DO NOT BUY! I received my unit today, and I have spent the last four hours trying to get it to connect via Bluetooth to my OnePlus12. It does not work. I have downloaded the app, followed the steps, and still nothing. It pairs to my phone but won't connect. The only way it connects is with the dongle. It does not connect by Bluetooth. I have checked all sorts of help from YT, RDT, and other websites. There is no solution! I will be returning it right away.

USB-C dongle and bluetooth not working
Worst experience ever, I lost 1h30 of my life trying to make these "outzone" earbuds to work. Tried it on ps5, pc and phone nada. For your next product Sony please at least make the dongle look decent, it looked like an aliexpress 10cents plastic dongle. Should have known better, and trust bad reviews, that's on me.

The sound quality and bass
Only the connection you need to connect to the other device to connect it, other than that the sound quality is very impressive. Niether for the bass.

I bought this thing for the primary purpose of gaming. I've always had issues with headaches while wearing headphones, and even the least clamping headphones I could find (Razer Blackshark V2 Pro) sometimes caused me issues. I finally gave up and decided to look for wireless earbuds that I could use for gaming. My requirements were primarily that the earbuds be low latency, meaning 2.4 GHz or alternatively any proprietary technology that could achieve similar performance, and that the earbuds have long battery life. These satisfy both of those requirements. The latency is not quite as good as wired speakers or wired headphones, but are on par with my Razer Blackshark V2 Pro and not noticeable in real world use, and nowhere near as bad as the noticeable latency of Bluetooth earbuds. The battery life has not really been an issue so far either. They don't last quite as long as their claimed 12 hours, but you aren't going to reasonably exhaust their battery life in a gaming session. These charge pretty fast, so if you so much as take a few minutes break (which you should anyway, go get a drink, use the bathroom or something), you'd get a decent bit more use out of them even if you were about to run out. On top of these two, the sound quality is not bad. Not as good as actual decent headphones, but perfectly fine especially for gaming. Noise cancellation performance also exceeded my expectations for what earbuds are capable of. Touch controls work reasonably well. The INZONE Hub software is pretty easy to use, and has good enough functionality for me to customize some basic functions. They also fit my ears well, which some earbuds do not. Personally have not tried Bluetooth, apparently other reviews said this has problems with Bluetooth, but I'd never use these that way. I have cheaper Bluetooth earbuds that are more lightweight and portable that I bring with me on the go. If you can afford these things, I don't see why you wouldn't also buy something more lightweight and portable for on-the-go Bluetooth use. The battery life requirements that I have for this product mandates the size and weight, and I don't see that as a con but rather a necessary design sacrifice. Do remember to switch these to the correct mode (PC vs PS5) when using the dongle, there's a little physical switch on the dongle for this. Edit 2: Issue mentioned below has been fixed with a software update, kudos to Sony for actually fixing their products. Edit: There is, apparently, a known issue for these earbuds where the left earbud will stop receiving sound. Happened to me only once, after using these earbuds for almost 2 months. There is a pretty simple fix for this, which is reinitializing the earbuds, which apparently doesn't reset the settings, just the connection method (or maybe the settings get automatically reapplied by the INZONE Hub app when I connect back to the PC afterwards). The instructions for how to do the fix is not very accurate on their own website, so I'll repeat it here: 1. Unplug the dongle from whatever device it is plugged into (and possibly turn off bluetooth on any paired devices as well, so that it stays unconnected to anything). 2. Open the case, and with the case open, press and hold the button on the back near the USB-C port. The light in front may or may not first blink blue for a while (that means it is in Bluetooth pairing mode), ignore the blue blinking. 3. After 15 seconds or so, it should start blinking orange. Keep holding until it stops blinking orange (the Sony website says to stop holding within 5 seconds of it blinking orange but that's not quite right, you have to wait until the orange blinking stops, which takes around 5 seconds). 4. Stop holding, and wait for it to blink some combination of green and orange. Once it stops blinking, it has completed reinitializing. 5. Now you can plug the dongle in to use as before, or press and hold the button until it blinks blue to put it in Bluetooth pairing mode to pair it back with whatever device you want to use it with, and everything should be fixed. Edit 2: Have owned these earbuds for a year now. Using them several hours daily, I've noticed at most minimal degradation in battery life. The connection issue described above happened a few more times maybe a month apart each time, but hasn't happened again for several months now. Still very satisfied with my purchase, bumping back up to 5 stars.

Received Brand New sealed. Connection using USB dongle is perfect. Battery life is really long. Using it to make Zoom or Teams call for work. Connection through USB dongle is quick and easy. Mic performance is good. Needs devices with Bluetooth LE compatible to connect through Bluetooth.

**PS5 USER** Good headphones, couple of things I feel like could be a little better but overall, very satisfied. I'll start by saying the number one reason I purchased these was because the battery life on my Razer Hammerhead Hyperspeed earbuds was terrible. Couldn't play for an hour and a half with those before they died. These headphones have resolved that issue for me. Great battery, decent sound, good mic, very versatile/functional, customizable (from PC). See below for more detailed categories: Battery: They will play for 8+ hours without dying. I usually use one bud only so I can still hear my wife and kids while playing. Had a session where the earbud was in my ear for roughly 8-10 hrs and it still had one bar of its battery life (per PlayStation menu). Overall - great battery life, very satisfied Sound: The sound is pretty good, not spectacular. I will preface this topic by stating that I have owned several sets of different earbuds from different brands. One of which, is the Samsung Buds2 Pro's, which are incredible headphones. The sound quality of those Samsung earbuds blow the sound quality of these out of the water. Although sound is important to me, it wasn't exactly what I was after when purchasing these. If I want to get a full sound and picture video game experience, I will just through on my Sony Pulse over the ear headphones. When just wanting normal sound and chat ability, these will do that just fine. Mic: The mic is good. Have had no reports from any of my buddies telling me otherwise Customizing: This is the other area where I feel like Sony dropped the ball. I don't have a very good PC at home, and if you don't either, you may struggle to adjust these as well. The only way, that I found, to remap the tap controls, sound preferences, and other settings is to download an app on the PC and take the headphones to that PC. MAKE A MOBILE APP. I was surprised I had to do that at all. Every single other set of earbuds I've had would do a mobile phone app adjustment. Even the other Razer earbuds that I own has a mobile app. Now, once getting the app downloaded on the PC, everything was good. Customizing was simple and I was able to remap the tap controls to my preference. Would give this subject 4/5 stars based on that lack of Mobile App Functionality: These function very well. Open them up, put them in the ears, the PS5 immediately recognizes them and switches to that audio - love it. Tap controls are solid. Good comfortable surface to tap on. Can customize R or L with different commands or same if you prefer that. The biggest reason why I resort to these earbuds while gaming now-a-days is for the versatility. I play a lot of games that I can pause because I often need to drop what I am doing and go take care of the family. I game in my basement - I was up on the second story folding laundry yesterday while still in the party and talking with the guys. It is just nice to not have the traditional bulky headphones on while doing family things. Great for this reason. I will say one thing that I don't like about these is you can't use the controller mute function or adjust the volume from the PlayStation quick menu. You have to do it all from the tap controls. The one thing you can still do is adjust a friends volume in the party setting. Hope this helps anybody considering investing in these. I would expect these to last me the next 4-5 years and they will do everything I need them to do for me. Solid Product
