Great purchase
Great purchase. Lovely colour. I was worried the white bowl part might stain if I made tomato based recipes, but it comes clean easily. Very happy.

Screws on lid were rusted initially - wonderful customer service fixed problem
Product is lovely visually, and does a solid job as a slow cooker Shipped with small amount of rust on the screws on the inside of the lid (see photos), after leaving a review customer service did a wonderful job in shipping a replacement almost immediately No defect on replacement component, so assume it was a individual problem with storage

Beautiful and practical
This slowcooker is gorgeous and worked perfectly. Great size for small family or to cook meat to perfection for a larger gathering. It's beautiful to look at and I love it!

This is very pretty and I like it and I would have given it 5 stars but the ceramic cooking pot is really heavy.
