Following the directions exactly will get you 99% of the way and a little common sense (and patient experimenting) will get you to the goal of lovely sugar creations. Temperature and humidity level in your work space will play a big part in your success or failure with this product. It is flexible and tasty (a bit like marshmallow) when done correctly.
