These win for best texture and taste! They aren't sticky or gooey like some gummies can be. Out of the handful of gummy supplements I take every morning, I take these last because I want that flavor to be the last taste on my tongue versus the others that are just okay. I love that they are sugar-free. I take them for the benefits of biotin on my skin and hair.

I normally buy this same brand with sugar but accidentally purchased sugar free. The flavor is still natural but the texture of these is somewhat soft but firmer and can be broken in half. The ones that contain 4 g. Of cane sugar, are a true chewy gummy. Much prefer the ones with sugar. As far as results, I see lots of new hairs around my face and the top of my head, along my part, so they are helping.

Great little gummy. I started taking these about 6-8 months ago. It takes a while for them to really get absorbed into your body and to start affecting how I feel, but these have been amazing for my joint pain and some muscle discomfort. I walk more than 10 miles a day for work and approximately 13 flights of stairs. These little guys are no joke.

These taste great and don’t stick together!

This is my favourite brand of B7 - which is great for skin, hair and nails. Highly recommend. It's delicious, but not sickly sweet, as with so many other brands.

Seem to be doing exactly what they are meant to. for sure with my nails, still unsure if any change in my hair growth, one bottle down.

A bit pricey, but nice flavor and texture.
