Delicious crackers. It's hard to find yummy crackers that are gluten free. But these are addictive! They do lose their crunch fast if not kept air tight. But the flavor is great!

Grain free and great taste & crunch. Nut and seed flour blend of almonds, sunflower seeds, flax seeds as primary ingredients. “Total sugars 0g”Low carbs, paleo friendly and vegan. I found them good while on a candida diet and especially like the rosemary and sea salt variety. Have eaten these for years before putting them on auto reorder here.

The rosemary gives it a lovely flavor and it is nicely scented as soon as you open the package. It has just the right amount of salt - not too much, not too little. Great for gluten free folks - the base is almond flour and some cassava/tapioca flour. Vegan, gluten free and organic - whats not to love? This would make a great base for pate, dip and spreads on a charcuterie board when entertaining. I experimented and ground up the crackers in a coffee grinder and used it as a substitute for panko bread crumbs - worked great! I don't like panko bread crumbs cos they are devoid of nutrition just a bunch of white flour fluff and high glycemic. This is a fairly low carb product - good for the Keto folks
