Great spice and heat, without all of the extra oil this usually sits in. I can add it to anything and it gives the crunch and flavor and nice amount of heat. Not super hot, but full flavor and spice. This can be used with and or added to anything your heart desires when you want a little variety and a little kick. The price is a great deal and worth it. Definitely will be buying this more often.

I am in love with this stuff! So delicious without the oil and just the right kick. Nearly every day for lunch, I use a thin layer of this at the bottom of a hot skillet and crack 3 eggs over it. Cook to over medium and serve. *chef's kiss*

I enjoy the chili crisp without oil. I use it as a condiment. Also enjoy the Hot version as well. nice change. Also use in cooking as well. Adds flavor to bland food. Can take with you on the road as well.

I love that this chili crips is oil free. It has a little spicy hit to it but not over bearing hot. I put it on almost everything. Today I added a little to my soup & boy was it delicious. I'm very happy with this product. Will be purchasing again!

Delicious! It was delivered and I made Momofuku noodles right away and put it on top. Had to STOP myself from inhaling it all. I was reading the reviews and some reviews were... interesting. One person said "onion and garlic flavor is far too intense" and "onion and garlic steal the show"... lol... the whole thing is almost literally onion and garlic? And no, I didn't find it intense, it was delish. I think this person might like to go back to regular chili oil. And other fella says "not for ppl who dont like spicy but it gives wasabi vibes and I dont like wasabi"... it literally says spicy in the listing and I don't even understand why anyone who doesn't like spicy foods would eat something that has the word "chili" in it? There's 0 wasabi in this condiment and nothing goes through your nose unless you decide to snort it. But anyway, my amusement aside, this is great, but the price could do with $2 knocked off because unlike the pictures, it's not as filled, maybe about 4/5 of the way? As you can see from the review pics. They really could top it up more. I'll be getting the 3x bottles next time to make it a better deal.

A rare 5-star review from me. Nice crispy, spicy. A perfect topping for so many dishes. Level of hot is nice for our taste, and the crispiness adds a great crunch to dishes. Have already repurchased.
