Wore this post-op. It was a bit big because of the stretchy material, definitely size down if you're looking to buy. Otherwise, it worked well for it's purpose. And now I'll never need a binder again! <3

Bought this for top surgery recovery and my surgeon said it was perfect. It's also very comfortable, breathable and lightweight! It keeps everything in place without squeezing you too tight. The only issue however is it rolls up really easily so if you're not flat or narrow it'll roll over your stomach very quickly so consider that when buying. Another thing to remember is if buying for surgical recovery you may need to that your swelling into count. I measured 40" but when my swelling went down some it made the garment a little big. Still fits but probably should've went with a size down
