Fruits Veggies Nuts Seeds Seaweed Sprouts Herbs Superfoods Fermented Foods like sauerkraut Greens are more important to eat than some of the others as most people do not eat enough greens. I juice with veggies and less fruit. I happen to like Sun Warrior brand Warrior BLEND, chocolate flavor and use it once a day to add daily protein. I like it because it has no grains like rice, amaranth and quiona as it is easy to crave and overdo grains. They can bloat the gut and skin, and can linger in the gut. The gut is the immune systems home. I have been dealing with Auto Immune issues due to severe chemical toxicity and am always seeking out foods and natural supplements etc that will continue to help me improve. I tried it twice from two different sellers. Don't know what to say? I have used this product for years from various sellers. I guess they changed the Formula. Can't tell from the packaging I do not have an older bottle. Could just be the way my body reacts to it now. Who knows? I won't buy it again. Too bad I really liked Dr Flanagan and I believed in his products.
