Very high quality. Very thick. Not tear easily or burn holes in sealing.
I have tried many different mushroom bags and these bar far were the absolute best! Their thickness was obvious when compared to others. Realize that when vendors declare the MM thickness of the bags, SOME of them base that on the ENTIRE bag folded. In other words they are telling you what two sides are equal to in MM thickness rather than the thickness of just one side. This is misleading. These bags are nice and thick. Hold up in an autoclave.

Brittle, inflexible bags.
While most have held up after being autoclaved at 15psi for 3 hours, some of the bags have split where they wrinkled during cook, making sealing difficult. The plastic, after cook, feels brittle and weak, making me uncertain about thr structural integrity of a whole block being jostled around in any way. Bought for the price and need, have decided to go with another option instead going forth. They did the job, but not particularly well.
