**Q: Would these boots be ok for just regular fitnes use indoors? I would only use them to run on the treadmill and indoors workouts**
A: For indoor training they will be good but I would not recommend them for any kind of running.I have use them for training on soft floor otherwise if is in a regular gym better to use normal gym shoes.

A: yes they are. very light and comftable

**Q: Would these be good for rope skipping**
A: Got these for my grandson for boxing, so the answer is yes as rope skipping is part of training

**Q: This good for flat footed fighters?**
A: Yes I would say it is. Certainly more so that any other boot out there.
