A tad bulky BUT it absolutely helps with hot flashes and anxiety. I do recommend it . Easy too use, automatic shut off is great because i half the time fall asleep.

Wow, this works better than expected. Heats up and cools down very fast. Saves so much time waiting for an ice pack or heating up a pad. Love how easy the functions are and features an adjustable strap that allows you to wrap around arm/leg. The ability to have it automatically cycle between hot and cold is what makes the price worth it! The pad itself is small, so it is very targeted making it perfect for precise areas of the body like a neck or shoulder knot.Therefore it won't work for larger areas/muscles you might need treatment for. Overall, I don't know if I would break the bank to get this unless I had a specific area that needed such focused care.

This unit does not provide enough heat and cold in the contrast therapy mode to have any effect on my nerve-related issue. I'll have to stick to the difficult, messy, uncomfortable process of schlepping bins of warm and cold water to a place where I can sit with my foot in them.

I love the concept of this device and couldn't wait for it to arrive! I was surprised when I unboxed it at how small the heating/cooling surface is. It's 2.125 inches by 2.125 inches. I played around with it for a few minutes, didn't think much of it, and then put it away.A few weeks later I got a little soreness in my neck, so I pulled this out again now that I had an area to treat. I have to say that it is nice to have instant cold and instant hot without getting something out of the freezer, putting a pack in the microwave, or plugging something in and being tethered to an outlet. Although I was initially disappointed by the size, this is actually quite a good size for maneuvering around the crook of my neck. This device both heats and cools quite quickly. There are essentially five modes - cool, cold, warm, hot and a mode that cycles between cool and warm. Each mode will auto shut off after 20 minutes.My favorite mode is the cycling mode that alternates between 1 minute of cool and 3 minutes of warm plus a minute for each transition, giving you a total of 4 minutes of cool and 9 minutes of warm and 7 minutes of transition. I have to say that 20 minutes of the cycling mode never feels long enough, probably because there has only been 13 minutes at the target temperatures. I think it is the cycling mode where Leispo really missed it's opportunity to shine! If only we could customize our cycle, or at least have multiple cycles to choose from. I would love to cycle from cold to hot, rather than be limited to the milder settings. I'd like the cold cycle to be as long as the hot, and even for both to last longer. And since we lose a significant amount of time due to transitioning, the auto shut off should be longer than 20 minutes. Ah, the cycling possibilities!The shape of this device makes it easy to hold. I wouldn't mind if the top was more rounded to better fit the hand, but I wouldn't want to reduce the heating/cooling surface by making that round too. It's a pretty lightweight device; it was no problem holding it to my neck for 20 minutes. I like the tactile buttons as I never once accidently changed my settings (or turned it off) while moving the device around my neck and shoulder area. I also really appreciated that it came in it's own hard sided storage case that doesn't take up much more space than the device itself. I did not need to use any of the straps that come with it.Overall, I liked the device, although it left me wanting more. I think if it had more cycle options then I would actually love it. While the size was perfect for my minor neck pain, the instances where I would use something this small are relatively few and far between. Usually my neck pain is far more significant and goes the length of my neck down my shoulder, in which case I would require a full sized ice pack or heating pad. Would I pay $69.99 for this product? No, probably not. Do I like it and will I use it as the need arises? Yes, I definitely will. I feel like this is a good product and I see a lot of potential for developing this into an amazing product!

The media could not be loaded. I have lumbar spinal stenosis that makes the muscles in my right leg tight, numb in places, and painful. I've tried heating pads and massage guns but this is the most effective relief that I've found. I have been using this little cold/heat massager to rub down my leg and lower back at the end of every day. I start with a few minutes of cold rubbing and finish off with it set on the highest of the three heat settings. It shuts off automatically after 10 minutes or so. I suppose this would be nice if I were strapping it on or something but I kinda wish it stayed on a bit longer. I usually end up restarting it 2 or 3 times. I also dislike the fact that it beeps when you turn it on or change the settings. I typically use it after my wife and dog are sleeping. I'm sure the two start-up beeps, followed by two more beeps to adjust to the highest heat, irritate my all-hearing dog. I also wish that it was any color but pink.Quality seems great. I can apply all the pressure I want and not worry about breaking it as I rub down my leg. The heat or cold comes from the flat bottom of the unit. This is a metal plate covered by a rubber-like pad. It is a material that slides nicely on the skin.On the two cooling settings a small fan runs and blows air out the sides of the unit. I have not found the exhausted air to be at all warm. The top of the unit never gets even warm on either setting. Charging does take time and I have never actually used the heater/cooler long enough to completely deplete the battery. I've used it for an hour and it seems to still be going strong. There are spring loaded loops that slide out from the sides for attaching the included straps. Leispo also included a USB charging cord and two gel filled heat dispersion packs (I don't find these necessary). Everything fits neatly in a great looking, zip up, hard case.
