Travel bag that is practical, functional, and beautiful
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I chose this item because I didn’t want an external zipper. The aluminum is quite practical, despite already getting a couple dings from three trips where it had to get checked in, zero items inside ever got damaged. The wheels glide well in any direction, and is a breeze to push around. The bonus is all the compliments I’ve gotten so far. I love it!

Save your money.
Despite it being described multiple places as an “all aluminum” suitcase, it is a cheap, flimsy plastic. The item arrived scratched on multiple sides. The lock mechanism was not set to factory default and couldn’t be opened, as the reset is inside the suitcase. If it were openable, it’s worth maybe a quarter of the listed price.

Excellent luggage, excellent service!
I received the Luggex all aluminum 20" Carry-on last Sunday. It is beautiful, well made and better than expected. Love it. However, I had an issue with one of the locks. I emailed Luggex last Sunday night and they contacted me first thing Monday morning. We attempted several things to diagnose the issue. They ended up shipping me a new, replacement Carry-on today (Tuesday). Luggex stands by their products and their customer service is first rate! I will be a repeat customer! Highly recommended!

Attractive aluminum roll-aboard
Good quality and good looking. All the features needed. Only improvement would ab an indention so the folded handles would be flush with the surface. Great wheels and elevated handle. All the features needed inside.

Incredibly well made.
It's a bit pricey, but worth every penny. Very well made, robust and elegant. Cannot compare with luxury brands but, it's the best in the between winning by miles from its "same price" competitors.

Doesn’t fall over
I absolutely love this suitcase. I am able to fit a lot in it. It’s easy to open and close, rolls easily and is very sturdy

looks beautiful
Bought this and my only complaint is you have to open it, unzip the liner and manually collapse the handle. The push button stopped working boarding my first flight. Kinda disappointing considering it makes stowing in the overhead an ordeal
