A superb product!
Initially I purchased one of these panels for use in a bedroom. Instead of having untidy looking architraves around a standard access panel I opted for a clean modern look and this panel did the job so well I purchased more for the other access panels around my dormer bungalow.Although this panel has not been tested with the full onslaught of high winds in my home at the time of writing this review it has been quite windy outside and because the loft is ventilated it can get draughty in the attic and eaves. There is a 1mm gap between the door and frame of the panel so their is a chance of it allowing some air through, but so far the panel has not allowed an excessive amount of draught into the room.My only suggestion for improvement would be to build in a draught excluder into the panel to prevent possibility of any draught.
