I bought this product for my husband and this is 2nd bottle. The shilajit resin is sticky and dark brown which dissolves in luke warm water to become transparent brown. It has metallic taste and smell.His muscle recovery faster and muscle gain has improved with similar strength training. Has improved his sleep quality. Definitely a testosterone booster.He did not experience any side effect.The product seems very pure.

Can honestly say that Shilajit has been life changing for me. Have bought it from a few different sources now and has been great. However this particular purchase was nothing like any of the others. It smelt like treacle, looked like treacle, had the same consistency as treacle and dissolved in water exactly like treacle and has had absolutely no effect on me. I even bought some treacle to compare and it was exactly the same. I will not be buying of this seller again and will go back to the previous seller. Feel ripped off.
