My wife and I read this book in the tents of Mina when we went on out Pilgrimage / Hajj in 2019. It's a great read for anyday, but felt so much more special when we were there. Couldn't fault it. Thank you 😀

Muktar Holland does another excellent translation of this classical text called Shammail At-Tirmidhi or known as the Shammail. This is a hadith based text on the description of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). There are other translations of this text available and you can buy those, if you choose to do so but this is the benchmark. Buy now!

Best available translation of the Shama'il I've seen so far, but it has many errors that could have been fixed with a properly scholarly edit. I hope the next edition makes the appropriate corrections.
