Quality

Okay not much to look at but boy do they cut ! lightweight, sharp as hell and just so comfortable to use. The materials are actually high quality so if you can live with the non-flashy looks you will be very happy indeed.

I think this knife set is excellent, sturdy, well made and very sharp. The handles feel slightly cheap considering the well made blade, shame really as it's a great set and worthy of 5 stars if the handles matched the price tag.

I was introduced to Victorinox from a friend who simply gifted me a tomato knife from a set gifted to her. Since then I have replaced almost all my knives with the brand and got rid of plenty of other brands that started strong but ended up letting me down. Like squishing my tomatoes when cutting them. They have all proven to be durable, quality, knives that stay sharp. This set cuts through steaks like hot butter. Don’t get me wrong I use them for so much more. They are highly used as they’re functional and versatile for our kitchen. They are light weight and a perfect size. I’ve had no issues with washing them in the dishwasher. For the money, they are worth every bit of it and then some in my opinion. I’m even gifting to friends, spreading the word so others don’t miss out on quality knives like I have for so many years.

Es gibt schönere, präsentablere Steak- und Pizzamesser. Diese hier aber erfüllen ihren Zweck echt super, auch Brötchen lassen sich damit hervorragend aufschneiden. Ein generelles Problem bei Messern mit Wellenschliff ist das man diese meines Wissens nach nicht selber nachschärfen kann. Man muss also einen professionellen Service dafür in Anspruch nehmen, und diese Handwerkskunst kostet halt Geld. Es ist also billiger diese Messer zu nutzen bis es halt nicht mehr geht und diese dann zu entsorgen. Sollte insgesamt billiger kommen. Aber ich habe schon das Gefühl dass diese Messer ziemlich lange halten.

Absolutely love these steak knives! They are light weight and super sharp for cutting into our yummy steaks. Very simple black plastic handle design that is clean and ergonomic in design. Purchased two packs for my home and no regrets. Quality stuff (Swiss made) for a good price, would highly recommend!
