Great Product
I bought the one in excellent condition. Although there were sever larger dents and some broken plastic. It was cosmetic and not worth returning since the scooter worked great. Can't complain since it was refurbished and was a lot cheaper than brand new. I will report in after owning it for the summer to see if things keep working as reported. Definitely worth the money even with the little issues. 20mph, Cruise, Bright Head Light.

Bad Scooter
The scooter at first seemed like a really good skooter but it started overheating a 2 months after. I drive it for 2 miles and it starts to over heat. Really bad. I have 3 skooters. This one is the worst one from all 3 for sure.

Long review
Edited and rewriting review because it's been a week with the scooter and since no one else has written anything I thought I'd do my part. I originally wrote a 4 star review because this 'renewed' product was in less than excellent condition and it wasn't noted in the description. I had 2 to 3 minor abrasions that could be seen in passing, and a slightly more than minor abrasion or 2 on the bottom where some scraping had occurred from normal usage I would think. The major issue though that I docked 1 star for was the kick stand was either damaged before shipping or during shipping. It had bent so severely that it couldn't be put back into the stowed position so it was impossible to ride the scooter at all with it out as it was. When I tried to force it closed it just snapped in half off the scooter. I ended up ordering my own replacement kickstand for 9 dollars and fixing it myself before I got in contact with the seller who has since (now a week later after showing them pictures) refunded me 10 dollars for my expense so I see no reason not to reward them for that and bump back up to 5 stars. As for the scooter itself aside from there being no protective foam or packaging around the kickstand everything else was packaged very well and there was only the couple minor abrasions I mentioned above. Since the scooter was obviously used previously the tutorial mode (where the scooter is limited to 9 MPH) was already completed so the scooter was already unlocked to the full 20 mph. There are some settings which can only be accessed from the app so you really do still need to go to the trouble of doing that if you want to change the settings for your regenerative braking (off - weak - medium - strong) and you can also set a maximum speed limit, lock the scooter digitally, and disable/enable the push to throttle function. Connecting to the blue tooth was actually kind of a pain - the included manual has a QR code you can scan to connect to the scooter (I assume there was some kind of ID code associated with it or something) but the QR code either leads to a page which no longer exists or because some one has already used this it just didn't work. I honestly just had to trial and error for 5 to 10 minutes of tapping connect in the app and tapping the power button on the scooter until it finally just worked out of the blue. Updating the firmware had some issues too where it would just say it was updating for 10 to 20 minutes and I would just manually cancel it and try again because clearly nothing was happening. I'd say after 45 minutes to an hour I finally had it all connected and working. I've done several ride tests now and maybe 30 total miles ridden but longest trip only 7 miles. As a 240 lb 6ft tall guy I've had no issues at all hitting 20 MPH (max speed) even while carrying another 30-40 lbs in a backpack on flat ground. On minor inclines I can still maintain 20 MPH and on medium it can still stay above 10-12 MPH as long as I start with momentum. If you have steep hills and weigh as much as me or more I'd say this won't do it for you though - Keep in mind the scooter was only supposed to handle 220 lbs and below and I'm well past exceeding that anyway. The 7 mile ride I did had a lot of stopping and starting and was mostly down hill one way, and mostly up hill coming back. At the end of that trip I had just seen the battery indicator drop from 4 bars to 3 (out of 5). So I'm guessing at my weight and riding style of just full throttle 20mph at all times my max range is around 20 miles of this things max advertised range of 31. I think that's more than fair considering I'm at least 20 LBs overweight for this and riding it hard. I hope this review helps. For the total price of 450.00 at the time I'm writing this review I'm not sure you can find anything better in terms of performance to dollar, let alone the peace of mind of buying a good name brand scooter with a UL certified battery so you can rest assured your scooter likely won't burn your house down with some low quality scrap battery - and now you know from my review customer service form this seller does exist and they were willing to work with you! I'll even admit I was rude in my first message to them ( i was upset about that kickstand) but they stayed professional and even though I fixed the kickstand on my own at my own expense before even getting their response they refunded me 10.00 for it.
