Belle Vous Professional Slant Board Calf Stretcher - Adjustable Incline Ankle & Foot Board - Leg Exercise Board for Plantar Fasciitis, Tight Calves, Heel Training, Squats & Physical Therapy EquipmentThis calf stretcher is made with plastic with slightly raised ridges on the surface. The platform is raised with a simple metal stand in the middle and can be set at various heights. There is a little piece of foam at the base of the stretcher to help keep your footwear in place.I ordered it for my brother-in-law after he was complaining about the pain he is suffering from having plantar fasciitis. It is quite narrow and the heel support will be somewhat too short for his size. Since receiving it I'm definitely not sure it will be big enough for him as he has really really large feet! To give an idea of size I have included a photo of my foot on the stretcher and I am a UK size 4.I found it did give me a good stretch when I tried it out. My daughter is going to try it out to see if it helps stretch her muscles when she resumes her marathon training. In the meantime I also found it the perfect thing to use as a foot rest under my desk as I can adjust it to suit my required height.

The plastic was a bit bendy and the metal bracket not as thick as the more expensive brand. The foam heel tests were not great either. Bit of a cheap copy but it would do the job.

Cheap and broke on first use

I got this stretching board to help combat my problems with plantar fasciitis which is from overly tight calves. This board makes it much easier and faster to stretch my calves out.The board is made from heavy duty plastic that is nice and durable. It felt very solid when I stood on it. However, if you're taller or larger it might be a problem. The board is a bit narrow and I don't know if larger sized feet would be able to get the same benefits. The board is competitively priced at just under £20.
