We bought this TENBOOM scooter for kids but its parts are broken and not able to fix it back.We were out of country so couldn't return it back in 30 days.How to contact TENBOOM scooter company ?There is no website of this company ?

Looks lovely and easy too assesmble

So this is a sturdy scooter - the cardboard box IS the box so if you are gifting this for Christmas don't undo the cardboard as you'll just be left with just the scooter contents in bags ! (there's no fancy scooter box inside !). What struck me on first impressions is that its quite heavy and the wheels are bigger than I expected (see pics against a coke can for sizing) so, for me at least, its a bit on the big side for a 3 year old and probably too small for a 12 year old (and my sons wouldn't have wanted light up wheels when they were 12 !) - so if you are aiming for the 5 to 8 year old age range or thereabout you're probably on the right track. The colourway is very unisex - see pics - black with rainbow colours - so it would appeal to girls and boys alike and my two teen sons remarked that its 'cool' - so that's a big thumbs up from them ! Instructions are well written and clear (if not a massive booklet) - see pics for a taste of what you get in terms of how to build it. Scooters aren't cheap and this is probably a reasonable-ish price point for one - its a shame it doesn't come in a nice box for gifting as it looks a bit underwhelming on first impressions, but its got cool light up wheels and folds flat which is handy to pop into the car boot and it feels a quality weight too so giving it a four star review overall.

My nephews are often around my house and I was looking for a few things to have in the garden to entertain them. I was lucky enough to be offered this TENBOOM Kick Scooter to test and review and thought it would be ideal for themThe set up of it super straight forward and all tools needed come in the box. The instructions were nice and clear and it was built and ready to go in less then ten minutes.The scooter looks cool and my 5 year old nephew loves it… the base is nonslip and the lights lighting up is his favourite part (he’s got autism and loves anything that lights up!)It is a little on the small size… ideal for him but the advertised up to 12 years feels a little misleading…The frame is solid and well made and paint job is great too. Very impressed and most importantly, so are my nephews.

Very easy to assemble. Wheels are quite bright very smooth to ride. Stand a good idea as dont get on most scooters so no throwing on floor. Easy to adjust handle with lever. Comfy foam handles. Would highly recommend. Would say more for a 5 year old as smaller children might struggle as handles not low enough.

Front wheel fell off within 24hrs, throwing my 7yr old son over the handlebars causing injuries.
