I walk 30 miles a week and take spinning classes 4 times a week. I’ve been suffering with Achilles tendinitis and calf cramping for the past 8 months . I’ve had to stop walking but continued with spinning classes at a much slower pace . I’ve tried a bunch of different insoles and nothing helped. I was justabout to make an appointment with a orthopedic doctor when I saw these on line and decided to give these a try. I started walking in small increments daily. They felt great, so I increased my distance daily. I’m happy to say I’m back to walking 30 miles a week. . The thickness is perfect . They stay in place and the fit is great. I walk about 5 miles a day in a city. I wear high quality sneakers. My ankle had begun hurting / burning unexpectedly and I was to take a hiking vacation in the Adirondacks (NY) in the next week. I could not get in to see the doc, so I ordered these inserts hoping they would relieve the pain. They certainly did. Once fitted inside my sneakers I had no more pain. For my hiking trip, I moved them to my hiking shoes. Perfect. Easy to move between shoes, but I will probably purchase 2 more for my hiking shoes and alternative sneakers. Great price. Great product.

Thankful for this cost-effective solution for my heel spurs! It’s very painful to walk, these ease the pain and make walking much easier. They are easy to move from shoe-to-shoe and work very well.

These are perfect if you have Achilles pain. When I run I have a tendency to land on the back part of my foot which stresses my Achilles and gives me Achilles tendinitis. Before I found these the pain had gotten so bad that I thought I might have to give up running completely which would have definitely affected me mentally since I love it so much! These inserts are super durable, they feel very stable under your feet, and most importantly they stay in place without any sliding around. These inserts have completely eliminated my Achilles tendinitis because they lift my heel up which completely removes any strain on my Achilles and with my heel lifted it also tilts me slightly forward which makes me land more on the front part of my foot when I am running instead of on my heel. These have been absolutely heaven sent!

I ordered these to help with heel pain not relieved by other shoes or orthotics. After trying so many other things, these were truly the first thing that actually relieved the heel pain.The problem is that the heel cup is so thick that it reduces the support needed by other parts of the foot, especially the arch. I tried putting the heel cups underneath my orthotics to retain the arch support, but then the heel pain returned.If these were a full orthotic I would buy them for every pair of shoes I own! But unfortunately I had to return them because the significantly elevated heel didn’t allow for enough arch support.

Needed heel support WITHOUT arch support. This is exactly what I needed. I bought a couple other kinds and brands but they had the arch support which hurt my foot, because I didn't need that, and another brand I cut out the arch support and was left with a tab of product for just my heel, which worked but felt weird in my shoe as just a chunk of insole/padding. Bought these and they were amazing. Very comfortable, fit perfectly in my shoe, doesn't bunch up or slip around, and you don't notice it in your shoe. Being someone who is very aware of how things fit and feel on me I can't stand when something doesn't stay in place or pokes you or scratches you or causes discomfort. These are perfect in every way.
