Can you use Lego duplo and Lego junior sets on this baseplate?

Yes, you can use LEGO Juniors sets on this baseplate.For DUPLO, the square and rectangular blocks will fit, but DUPLO figures such as people and animals will not fit. This baseplate was designed to work with regular LEGO bricks, but during our testing, we found that it also works with DUPLO blocks as an added feature. For customers who only use DUPLO, we recommend that you use baseplates made specifically for DUPLO (the ones with bigger dots). Our factory does not currently make them, but it is likely that we will in the future.

I am making a Lego table from an old coffee table, do the pads fit together or do you need to leave a small gap in between?

Hi Teri,Thank you for the question. Our baseplates fit together without the need to leave a small gap in between. The way to make sure that they are aligned correctly is to use LEGO bricks or Brickyard Building Blocks to connect the baseplates together as soon as you glue them to the table. What material is this? Looks like a bendable plastic/silicone type of material or is it hard like regular legos?

Hi U2Bttrfly, Thank you for the question. Our baseplates are made of solid ABS plastic just like the plastic that LEGO is made of. Are these truly just baseplates to display creations (with no grooves underneath) or can they actually attach on top of duplos to be used as roofs?
