Best I've used so far, definitely recommended
I'll start by saying I'm a huge fan of Meguiars products. I've used pretty much everything they make including their compound, their polish, their waxes, their car wash soap, their detailers, their ceramic coatings, their leather conditioner, their tire shine. Everyone asks me how I keep my car so clean. Consistent cleaning is key. Even when I think it's dirty, people say it looks so clean. It shines under the dirt.I've used 3 different car wash soap from Meguiars. They all work well but are different. The Gold Class is a good cleaner. It gets sudsy and shines well. The Ultimate Wash and Wax I've used for many years and it has been great. It gets sudsy which people like and adds some protection during the time between waxing. The Ceramic Wash and Wax takes it to another level. Warning, don't use it in a foam canon, it doesn't work. It has no suds. Not designed for that. Even though it says it on the bottle, they don't recommend it. It will streak if you dont rinse it right away. If you want suds from a foam canon, use one that is designed for that specifically. When you first start washing your car with the ceramic wash and wax it doesn't seem like it's doing anything but as soon as you rinse it off, you get a great shine that protects. DON'T LET IT DRY ON YOUR CAR. It will streak. I made that mistake. Wash one section at a time and rinse right away. Results speak for themselves. It doesn't replace a ceramic coating but does work much longer than regular wash and wax. Keeps water beading nicely and and the dirt falls off easily when washing.During the time between washes, when the pollen takes over your freshly washed car in an hour, I highly recommend Meguiars Waterless Ultimate Wash and Wax. You can do your whole car in 20 minutes.

Game changer if you can follow instructions.
This isn't a traditional wash, and if you treat it like you do dish soap, you are going to have a lot of trouble. Also the foam/bubbles disappear quickly. Lastly, you do have to measure how much to use, it takes 1oz per gallon, if you just dump some in a bucket and guess, you might not get the great results you are after. Now that we have the negatives out of the way, this stuff is awesome. It leaves an incredible shine, better than many premium ceramic detail sprays. It also leaves that velvety smooth feeling of the paint, its not incredibly slick, but there is no doubt that there is something on top of your paint. It also does an amazing job of darkening up your trim. If you have something like an SUV that is clad with all sorts of plastic, this is a huge timesaver. Its almost like a very light coating of your favorite protectant. It also smells nice if that's what you are after.Cleaning ability is marginal, this isn't stuff for really dirty cars, if you don't wash at least monthly, this isn't a product for you. While it feels incredibly slick, it is not great at removing bug guts and tar, its ok, but not as good as a quality traditional wash. After using this stuff, I no longer need to use a detailing spray after washing, just wash and dry. The vehicle looks, feels and beads like it has a fresh new ceramic coating applied.

Great product
Amazing product. You can feel the slickness when washing the car. Much different a regular car soap. Smells great also. My cars stopped beading water so I know my last ceramic application had worn off because of the winter and multiple car washes. I bought this soap to “kill two birds with one stone” and I couldn’t be happier. It left my car extremely shiny and I saw right away the soap was hydrophobic because I saw the rinse water bead up right away as if I had just ceramic coated it. The only difference between this and a stand alone ceramic wax application is that the stand alone ceramic wax leaves the finish smoother and the water beads better but this is an easy 2 in 1 product that actually works pretty good with water beading and shine.

Not So Sure
I used the Meguiar's ceramic coating. Wish I had a bottle of No 7 before applying to take out the minor scratches but did get the paint covered. This soap is supposed to extend the ceramic seal. After more than 6 months water still beads. Does the soap help? Can't be sure. The major draw back is the fact it streaks if not rinsed well. Other than that seems to extend the ceramic coating like it claims. Removes minor dirt. Not that great on bugs. I trusted Meguiar's for well over 30 years. Like to stick with a winner.

Excellent product. Can't go wrong with Meguiar car products.
Excellent product. We take extraordinary care of our vehicles and have used Meguiar products for years. This is a great addition to their product line... Cleans well, leaves a great finish that repels dirt and road grime. Buy it, use it...

Leaves spots
Used as directed, it cleans well, and the finish looks nice... until you dry it. Chammy, soak towel, squeegee, whatever... still leaves spots on the dry finish, and they're hard to remove. Overrated and not worth the extra expense. Going back to Ultimate Wash and Wax.

Just as expected!!
Do not cheat yourself and try to pinch pennies for other products. Meguire's makes top notch products including this wash. Leaves my SUV streak free and gives it a glossy finish. Just an excellent product by far.

Quality product
If you want to save the work of doing a separate waxing, this is a nice way to do it. Cleans well & leaves a nice shine. However, it won't last as long as a traditional car wax shine. Good nonetheless.
