No taste! Used it to destroy thrush. I had a prescription from the Dr but it tasted so vile ,4x day. This product was a great alternative and cleared the yeast! Easy to use, 2x per day. 30 packets. May keep using it.

This really helps keep the bacteria off of my tongue. I use them once a day and sometimes twice a day. I bought a sugar packet holder to keep them in near the sink. I do have to use scissors to open them. They don't tear easily.

I got this because oral thrush was developing in my mouth from antibiotic use. Product came out as a white powder. There was no apparent issue in quality. The vagueness of how much water to add was annoying. It says it needs to be dissolved so how I did it was I started with stirring it into 1 cup (the measurement) of water and if it didn't dissolve in that I would just keep adding tiny amounts of water, give it a stir again, and repeating till there was no visible powder. There isn't much of any taste so it's easy to keep in your mouth for a minute. I initially tested it with just the smallest sip which I swished it in my mouth for a few seconds to check if I would have an adverse reaction. I waited a few hours and nothing happened so I went ahead with using it. Since dissolving it required way more water than needed for one mouth rinse a day, I was using it in the morning and at night. I also paired it with that homeopathic 30c under the tongue melts for oral thrush. The results in about 4 days was a decrease of the thrush in my mouth. It was an improvement but after a week of use it still did not go away completely and by that point I went to the doctor for medicine. I would definitely recommend using this to prevent oral thrush from developing.

Dissolves easily, no taste, recommended

Bought this mouth rinse product to help with a problem I’ve had for the past 2 weeks of a filmy coating on the roof of my mouth/tongue. The mouth rinse initially tasted okay and seemed to partially relieve the coating, but then after I drank coffee, and the coating increased. The next 2 mornings I used the mouth rinse after brushing my teeth on an empty stomach. I felt nauseated right afterward. I did not swallow it. Since I have a sensitive stomach, I think using an entire packet with a long list of pre and probiotic ingredients might be too intense for me.. I had gallbladder removal surgery 4 months ago and also have other digestive issues. My PCP said it didn’t appear to be Thrush (yeast infection) in my mouth but since this mouth rinse wasn’t helping, I tried Boiron homeopathic candida pellets and it successfully relieved the coating on the roof of my mouth and tongue, after 3 days of use. I would not order this prebiotic probiotic mouth rinse again, since the next 2 times I used it, I again felt nauseated right afterward. I tried again using 1/4 of the packet and it was better, but I did not feel any positive effect. However, for others, on a positive note, the mouth rinse is convenient to use and there is no burning of tongue.

I wasn’t sure what to expect, but after using MouthFlora for about a month, I can honestly say it’s made a real difference. My mouth feels cleaner, my breath stays fresh way longer, and even my gums aren’t as sore when I brush. I used to use regular mouthwash every day, but it always burned and dried my mouth out. This doesn’t burn at all - it’s super gentle. It’s a powder you mix with a little water, which felt weird at first, but it’s actually really easy. I like that it’s not loaded with chemicals. I’ve even noticed I wake up without that gross morning breath feeling. Overall, I’m really happy with it. I’ll definitely keep using it.

That this mouth wash caused my salivary glands to swell. After reviewing it l learned that sometimes there are chemicals in mouth wash and/or pre and probiotics that will cause this. Do not continue using them after that occurs as it can be serious.

So, I was hoping to not be a victim of the poor quality control that others have experienced, but alas, it appears that my hopes were dashed. I have used two packets so far. One was white and I swished it for a minute in a mouthful of water as instructed. The other one was brown and globby and did not dissolve much in the water. There were just floating clumps. I still swished with it, but it was very unpleasant. 2 days in I can share that I have noticed no changes in my symptoms, and I am wondering if the bacteria are dead since they arrived brown and clumpy.
