Brilliant product. Just pure creatine monohydrate with no extra fillers or flavours. The powder mixes easily in my water or coffee and I don’t get any grit or taste like in some other products. This is my second batch and I’ve been using it consistently for 3 months. Have noticed great improvement in my training but also with my memory! I’m getting old so the old ticker isn’t what it used to be! Also don’t suffer any bloating or other stomach issues.

Great quality
I was hesitant to purchase at first (I’m a gym girl) because I’ve heard it can make you bloated etc, but I’ve not experienced that at all and its genuinely helped me so much with my lifts and growth on my glutes, I feel like I have more energy in my workouts now 😃
