the hose kinks something awful so you have to monitor it constantly or it will leak. sitting is next to impossible because the hose causes the urine bag neck to bend and block the flow. way more trouble than it's worth. no matter how hard you try, it leaks or gets backed up somewhere. you can take care of one issue but then another pops up. i got tired of messing with it and trying to get it to do what it is supposed to do and tossed it in the trash!

Ok, first off, no instructions came with this urinal. I had to look at pictures and check similar items on Amazon to figure out how to use it. The first time, I left the vent open and drenched my trousers. So for my second try, I made sure that the vent was closed and I shortened the tubing. Also, hike the pants up as high as you can, as though you were trying to give yourself a wedgie. This time it worked. I read the reviews about this product leaking. Today, I had a need, and so I tried using it while driving. Bad idea for me. It leaked for me and so everything got thrown into my washing machine. So, if it doesn't work while sitting, it is no surprise that it doesn't work while laying down. Positives. It does work when standing up. It is not very expensive (it was on sale when I bought mine) And, it is comfortable. The size guide is very helpful. Although I am 5'5" tall, I needed to buy a size large. I am going through radiology therapy so I am keeping mine. I have one more week of therapy to go.

This product did not work at all for my elderly husband. First of all they run small so it was very hard to get the shorts on him and then it leaked all over everywhere. I applied for a refund and a return and ask for porch pick up and it is still sitting on my porch. I sure hope they pick it up and refund me.
