It will keep the fingers nice and toasty. Three temperature ranges to choose from, the hottest temperature is very warm and most often too hot to use for an extended time, which is fine because you start it off high and once heated up can turn down to medium or low depending on preference, which will extend the battery life. The battery retains a charge for a very long time. You can use for multiple games without needing to charge in between. Is it expensive? Yes, but is it worth it? My wife thinks so.

The switch has failed and not only will it not cycle through the various temperature settings, but I cannot turn the device on or off. In fact, when I plug in a charged battery, the device turns on by itself to the highest setting. That's right, plugging in a battery is the only way to turn on the device. If I want to turn it off, I have to disconnect the battery. I reached out to their customer service, and this was their response: "That's odd. We apologize, this has never happened before. Will you please provide an order number for the pouch?" I did, and had to follow up with them a few times over a month and a half since they never responded. I reached out again today and finally got a response: "Unfortunately since this order was placed on desertcart there is nothing we can do warranty wise. Please find the code below for a discount." They don't stand behind their product. Buy at your own risk.
