Item is good. The black tab has a chocolaty taste. No bad smell at all. It heats up the body. I consumed it before and it gave results when I used to consume in morning. This time my schedule changed and I'll have it, in evening before workout. I'll review back

I didn't actually see any results

I have bought this product for fat loss and this is my very first day review after taking it's dosage You will start seeing result on day 1. Take RED pill before workout on empty stomach (only this pill, do not take preworkout, coffee or any beverage that contains caffeine..just take this pill it already have 200mg caffein) do weight training you will notice you are getting focused (specifically on muscles) if you want more pump and strength take citruline or creatine with the pill.... you will feel the energy blast and you will definitely go for cardio... About black pills... take those two black pills half and hour before your lunch.. you will notice ur breathing pattern has little bit changed TIP: keep drinking water atleast 4 ltr a day... you will feel little bit thirsty... might be the effect of the pills.... the red pill targets your fat to convert it into energy and its thermogenic effect helps burning more calories.... This is my review.... ****MOST IMPORTANT**** STICK TO YOUR DIET...

The packaging is impressive with the daily dose of 3 pills packed individually. But that's it! I was really looking forward to using this regularly, but the quality of ingredients used seem to be quite low and have showed zero benefits after 2+ weeks of daily use. I am very used to consuming coffee + 300mg of caffeine daily, but this product which contains barely 200mg of caffeine affected me adversely! I'm also unable to understand the need for this product to contain Sucralose while in compressed tablet form which is very simple to swallow. The added sucralose causes you insulin resistance over time and this proves to do the exact opposite of what they claim it to do - appetite suppression! 🤦🏻‍♂️ Suggestion to the manufacturer - please review your ingredient list and don't add unnecessary items to the mix. 🙏🏻

I guess Muscle Blaze is getting poor in quality control. As it was found that the products I ordered. (Shred) One of the sachets is missing. Just started to believe in one company.

Almost one month I used it entire pack with a correct workout routine and cardio with calorie deficit diet before I start I am in 71kg and after 63kg I almost loss 8kg and can able to see muscle definition which is proof of fat loss. And the main thing these pills are good to swallow and flavor is good. Let me say how I took it I wake up at 4.55 and drink 200ml of warm water not hot and after few minutes I take red pill. After 30 mins sharply go to the gym and start my workout routine and do cardio session for at least 25 mins . On before 30 mins of lunch I took black pills. This is what I followed. Eat protein at least 1g to 1.5 × per kg of weight and add lot fiber and add remaining carbs and fats according to your balance calories it will work definitely.
