Great arch support, good fit!
Great arch support, comfortable to walk in all day, tru to size. Something easy to slip on to run outside when needed. This is my third pair.

Wear all Day
I can wear these shoes in the house all day long and my back doesn't hurt at the end of the day, great arch support. If they are still available I'll buy another pair when I wear these out. They aren't the most fashionable but great house slippers.

Very comfortable shoe
I have a hammer toe and my regular Dansko clogs were starting to painfully rub on it. I wanted more of an outdoor slipper but instead found these OrthoComfoot shoes. I purchased the (light) blue ones in size 9-10 as I were a size 9 shoe. I have to say, they are very comfortable shoes and even came with an extra pair of orthotic insoles. They're very well balanced and sturdy to walk in and well made. So that is a plus. They are rather plain looking and the top "tongue" of the shoe hits my the bridge of my foot but I have high arches. Its not completely uncomfortable but having an elastic type give to that area would alleviate that issue since the fabric of the shoe is a little stiff. The biggest issue I have is these shoes are wide because of the generous toe box. I have narrow feet so my feet tend to slide around in them both due to the width and the larger size of the shoe. Having had to order a 9-10, I feel that these shoes are more a 9 1/2 maybe so they are a little big on my foot. If you have narrow feet, you may wish to size down. Over all, I am very happy with the comfort of the shoe. The generous toe box is wonderful for my hammer toe and doesn't run on it which is a huge plus.

Not ideal for too much walking
I tried it at work, and I think these shoes are best if you have a desk job. Not ideal for those who are on their feet all day doing heavy lifting or moving at a rapid pace. I call these my chill shoes. Also, you will slip and slide inside them. I was hoping I could use these as work shoes, but they are kind of comfortable. Just can't do too much like I wanted to.

Great Orthopedic Loafers, Stylish too!
I now own three pairs of these shoes and couldn’t be happier! I have two pairs of slide-on loafers—one dedicated as house shoes (indoor only) because it’s so hard to find house shoes that actually help with my foot pain. The other is for everyday wear, and I also have a pair of regular loafers. Comfort & Fit: The heel height is perfect, and they come with an extra set of inserts. They’re well made and sturdy—my house shoe loafers are even holding up against my new puppy! The shoes stretched just enough to fit comfortably and aren’t too tight. True to size, it’s a “Goldilocks” fit—just right. Quality & Value: They’re reasonably priced for the comfort and durability they provide. There’s a wide range of colors to choose from. I haven’t had to wash them yet, but they clean up easily—even after walking through freshly cut grass. Recommendation: If you have foot issues and are looking for comfortable, durable, and stylish loafers, I highly recommend these!

Runs big!
They're SO COMFY but they run BIG!!! I wear size 11 and I could not wear them without sliding around inside them, and that's even with swollen feet. I got another pair and sized down to size10 and they're perfect

Great shoes!
Very comfortable, look good.

Good
Definitely supportive/comfortable and stylish- they don’t look like orthotic shoes. Unfortunately, they’re super wide for my narrow feet and they don’t have narrow size options. They’re also a little squeaky.

These seem to be a good quality shoe. Comfortable with a decent sole. On me they fit on the large side and were quite wide. Unfortunately had to return but only because these weren’t the right fit for me.

Wonderful feeling shoes--perfect for long walks with the dog. Tend to fit a little on the large size--so order accordingly!

The quality of these shoes is great but they are not as comfy as Birkenstocks and the distribution of the insoles hurts my feet. I still wear them because I like the look but they’ll definitely never be warn to walk around a mall or long distance of any sort.

For an orthopedic shoe these shoes are way too stiff with a very hard sole with no shock absorption. These are very uncomfortable.
