iSolid Dumbbells With Round Plates – Great for Strength Training These round plate dumbbells are just what I was looking for. The weights are solid and feel balanced in the hand. The bar has a good grip, and the spin-lock collars keep the plates tight during workouts. Changing the weight is easy, so I can switch quickly between exercises. The round plates make it simple to roll them out of the way when I’m done, which is actually useful in small spaces. Great for home workouts, especially if you're building a small gym setup. Quality feels strong and durable. Definitely worth the price.

The grip is alright, and it’s easy to store. It isn’t the most stable, as it seems as though the rings at the end come loose quite easily, but if tightened properly, it shouldn’t be too much of an issue. It’s easy to set up, and can fit basically anywhere as long as it’s apart. I think that the thickness of the discs are not bad, and it’s an alright product. Great for value and home gym.

Got these during Black Friday as they were super cheap. As other reviews say, it's a bit cumbersome adjusting the weights with the screw on/off caps, but I was expecting it.

These adjustable dumbbells feel robust and well-manufactured, with solid metal plates and secure locking mechanisms. The handles are comfortable with a textured grip that helps prevent slipping during workouts. Everything assembles cleanly and the finish on the plates is neat and resistant to fingerprints. In use, they adjust between weights quickly and securely, making them versatile for a wide range of strength exercises at home. The pair offers incremental loading from lighter sets up to heavier lifts, catering well to both beginners and more experienced users. They perform reliably during presses, rows and squats without noticeable wobble. After regular training sessions, the dumbbells remain stable and the locks hold firm, showing good durability for this price range. Given the range of weights included, they represent strong value for a home gym setup. A solid, adaptable choice for ongoing strength training. Unfortunately I don’t use it as often as I should as I feel I’m getting lazier the older I get.

While these do the job they tend to loosen quite quickly during use so i find im tightening them at least every 2 sets. Also i find these leave a horrible smell on my hands that i keep expecting will fade away but is still happening months later. I have to wash my hands multiple times to get rid of it. I may have to wash my weights!

Pros: Low Priced, well made and stable, good grip, easy to adjust and firm enough once adjusted. Cons: Bulky... they take up a lot of room relative to their modest weght. I wish the disks were heavier but not bigger. Pet Peeve: when I am going dumbbell bench presses, the wide rims of the 2.5kg discs closest to the centre of the dumbell either taps or bumps on my radius bone (inner forearm bone)... while it doesn't hurt much, but it is a little annoying and makes me somewhat feel accident prone.

Great delivery time and kept up to date on delivery through DPD tracking with good packaging. The dumbbells are great. A good selection of weights, quality bars with a good grip along with good locking fittings. Very pleased with the order.
