RegattaWomen's Pack-it Overtrousers, Waterproof & Breathable

After reading reviews I understood there might be issues with the pockets but as I only need them for occasional use I thought I'd give them a go. I'm a 10-12 and a size M fits great over leggings with plenty of room. For the price these are great value and they fold up small with their own little bag which makes them great for storing in a rucksack whilst out. The pockets.... they aren't actually pockets but instead slips in the material so you can access the pockets of trousers you have on underneath. The issue is they are backwards and the flap faces forward so when you walk they gape open potentially allowing rainfall in. However a raincoat should cover the slits, if it doesn't and there's an issue I may sew them shut.

This kept my legs dry on Valhalla at Blackpool Pleasure Beach after 5 back to back rides on a rainy day, this is one of the worlds wettest water rides so I was incredibly impressed by the trousers performance, especially for the price! It's similar to dancing in a shower for 10 mins, plus sitting in a puddle to test it! I sized up so I would be able to wear thicker warm trousers underneath if need be in the winter and I'm happy with the size, still fits around the waist but nice and baggy in the leg. I paired these with a waterproof jacket that was long enough to cover the pocket holes in the trousers which works a treat. It rolls up nicely into the bag and is easy to carry around. Highly recommend!

Slits at the top so you can access the trouser pockets is a nice feature.Amazon sizing was a bit off though… I’m a UK 12-14 and it recommended a XL which arrived and was absolutely MASSIVE!I have since tried the M and L - both of which fit but I kept the L which were slightly looser but would be more comfortable in a seated position

Bought these to walk the dog in when it is wet out. I bought the XL, as a size 14 they are probably a little too large but I prefer them to be big as it’s easier to get them on when it rains mid walk. They roll up so small and are lightweight so I shove them and a pack it Mack in my backpack.
