Works great for small batch candles or wax melts! The pot is small but I knew that as I measured before ordering. It does smoke a bit the first time but again the instructions warned it would do that the first time as it primes itself. The thermometer works great as I tested it against another one I already have. I did not use the spoon as it is tiny and feels kinda cheap. I have nice bar spoons that I always use instead. Overall, this is a nice little set up and holds 32oz or 900ml of wax, making it great for doing wax melts or tarts. It warms up very fast so just watch your wax and pull off the burner when the correct temperature is reached.

omg love the lil put lol literally melts a lil over a LBS in less then 5 min. The silicone spout worked well for 2 pours and then it kept falling off lol not a deal breaker and super easy to do your candles as a beginner.

Burner works well after repeated use. No fires. Great for beginners, small projects, easy-to-use and clean.

Buy this one it works. I’ve had bad luck with Amazon‘s wax melting pots so I decided to take a chance with this one and it works great. I mean if I if I fill up the pot, I can fit out a pound and a half of soy wax while it does take a while to heat up and melt. It works and runs and gets to temperature for adding fragrance it might be a little slow, but it’s a good starting unit. I’m using it to make a lot of wax melts. Him was a lot of high-quality good extras too. I would definitely recommend this wax melting pot stay away from the ones that look like crockpots with handles. None of those have worked for me. they have all been defective.

First timer doing this and it was super easy to use. Everything needed was in the kit. Perfect size to store . Great value for money !

This is my first attempt at candle making. The hot plate melts wax fast. I set the control to 3 and before I knew it the temp was at 370. Thermometer works good. I let it cool to 130 and poured. Not sure if I burned it but when it cools completely I'll see how it burns. My bad. a 6 oz mason jar filled to the fill mark with 5 oz of wax. Next I set it to 2 and had to watch as the temp of the wax rose. At 170 I took it off the burner and cooled to130 I poured. Caution this thing gets super hot fast. Pouring was easy with no dripping. The wax pours yellow but initial dry of the candle that reached turned cream which is fine with me. Wicks are thin and waxed. The one that only reached 370 is hardening rusty cream. 170 is hardening white. Overall very happy with this kit.

Easy to use, no problems with it!

This is a really great kit! The instructions were good and the kit is very beginner friendly. This was my first attempt at making candles and they came out perfect. This includes everything you need besides dye and scents if that's what you want. The burner heated up fast and melted the wax fairly quickly. I used the measurement markings on the inside to get consistent results. The candles turned out beautifully and I gave some as gifts and were very popular.

De buena calidad muy práctico

Usé la hornilla y todo el kit el mismo día que lo recibí. Funciona muy bien, los materiales son de buena calidad. Lo único que le faltaría es medidas de temperatura en el dial, en grados Celsius y Farenheit. Por lo demás, es excelente.

Me encantó, es muy práctico de usar.

Funciona bien para iniciar pero el recipiente no es muy grande si deseas producir más.
