I use these before heavy squats to get warmed up and I can really feel the activation of the hips,quads, glutes and hamstrings. It really feels good for my hips especially. This is a good product that helps me warm up faster. It's also a plus that it comes in a set of 2 so my wife and I are both enjoying it.

Good quality however if you are over 6ft tall dont bother, you will never get full range of motion.

These Tribe resistance bands work very well with the Tribe door anchors that comes with the set or with the Tribe Door Strap Anchor. Each pair of bands is progressively heavier. The kit comes with two foot straps, two ankle straps, two handles, and two door anchors. Each part works well and allows the bands to be used in numerous different way. Excellent quality.

Durable and well made. But the bands are too long.. as I'm 6'2 there's no tension, so can't do curls or anything off a door. Basically only good for front delt workout and triceps maybe. If the bands were true to their weight and shorter it be a 5 star. Also didn't come with a manuel

The resistance on these bands is awesome! I am so sore after just one workout. You can't beat the price, especially for two bands, and for the exceptional quality of material. The wide band and grippy inner material keeps the band from slipping or digging into your skin. I definitely recommend these to anyone wanting to add a little extra something to their workouts. Ladies, these hip bands are a MUST for sculpting and growing the booty! The only negative thing I would say is that the bands had an unpleasant odor out of the bag, but I'm sure that will fade after washing.

Wish I read the reviews first. Seems high quality but wouldn’t know because I can’t use them. The bands are either way too short for some things (standing bicep curl if you use one) due to the outer covering like others are saying. Or too long if I use two and then the tension doesn’t even work. All the attachments seem nice quality but aren’t adjustable so they add even more length and I’m 5’4” so I don’t need that much. Wish they were adjustable. Honestly should have done my research first.

I've only used the set for a couple of workouts but so far I've been truly impressed. The build quality is fantastic and the accessories that are included for the price is amazing. I mainly got the bar to use for squats and so far so good, I'm only slightly concerned about out growing the resistance too quick, only time will tell. Overall, reccommned for sure!
