I love Sally Hansen Miracle Gel nail polish. This color is really vibrant and cute, but for me, I either have to put a base coat of a blue or other color on underneath or do a lot of layers (which then creates other issues) for the color to be worthwhile as it's pretty transparent with just one coat. I usually just do a light blue layer on the bottom (one coat) and then two coats of this and it looks like the bottle. Using the Step 2 top coat is important, but you can also use other top coats if you don't have it. I keep buying this brand, so it must be good!

I’m not super good at painting my nails, but this stays well on the nail while cleaning easily off the cuticle. I use it because my nails break so easily if they’re not done and I have neither the time nor patience to get them done in the salon all the time. Plus, this is way less expensive! I also love the iridescent colors they offer.

I really like Sally Hansen's Miracle Gel line. The colors are so vibrant and I really like the texture of the polish when it hardens. This particular color, Affairy to Remember, is probably my favorite polish color hands down. It's very transparent; in the bottle it looks like it will be kind of pinkish purple, but it goes on pretty much clear. I just LOVE the visual effect it gives. From some angles it looks like clear coat, but from other angles it has a super cool rainbow holograph effect. It's subtle enough for office wear, but still super fun! It also works great as a second/third coat over a solid color. I will say that it takes QUITE a while to dry completely; even if the polish is dry to the touch you can still easily destroy your manicure for 2+ hours afterwards by denting/smearing it. That's with waiting at least 20 minutes between coats and applying the recommended topcoat. So you better not need to do anything manual-labor related with your hands for a long while after finishing (I still regret the day where my dog HAD to go out about 1 hour after I'd finished the manicure and her leash just completely destroyed all the nails on one hand). Once dry, though, it wears incredibly well. I'm not precious about my hands, but I very rarely get chips (much more likely to end up with chipping from accidentally flooding the cuticle and then picking at the ridge) and don't see much tip wear until around 5-6 days of wear. I could probably wear it longer, but I like to change things up about once a week or so, so it usually doesn't stay on long enough for me to see significant wear.

The coverage is good and it does last long. It’s not that easy to remove. But it’s easy to put on. It looks great! It goes with everything. It stayed on my toes for more than two weeks!

This mostly appeared silver. Extremely pale blue. Nice polish though.
