I love zipfizz. They taste great. They make me feel great. So it is to no surprise that their night time drink also makes me feel great. I make this every night about an hour before bed to help me wind down and get a good nights sleep. It taste good - not as good as the energy peach mango but it is pretty close. It is not fizzy - more flat. But the quality of my sleep is better when I have this before sleep time. So this is how I make my drink every night. I use a small glass - a scoop of ice - two scoops as it says on the container - fill to the top with water - stir and then drink it down! Highly recommend! Clean ingredients. Easy on my tummy - no digestion issues. Quality night of sleep.

Works good and tastes good too! Be careful, if you take too much it will clean your intestinal tract quite efficiently! Start small and build up. I take this right before bed. Works in about 20 minutes!

I actually love this stuff and it tastes good. However with extensive use it started to leave me groggy the following day so I had to stop using it.

The best sleep I’ve had in a very long time! It’s a bit overly sweet but for these kinds of results, I’m totally ok with that. I just add extra water. I’ve been using this product for about two weeks and have noticed that I sleep deeper and harder with no wake ups in the middle of the night. I originally used the adult dosage of 2 scoops for a couple of nights and then decreased to one scoop. On scoop is perfect for me. I wake up feeling so rejuvenated…even with 5 or 6 hours I feel rested. My partner (who is a serial insomniac) tried it too and now it’s our nightly sleep drink. We both look forward to it. I’ll be purchasing for the foreseeable future.

I usually like their products, that is why I bought this. However, it didn’t work at all! In fact drinking this before bed just made me wake up and go pee all night long! If you are looking for a magnesium supplement.. just take it in a pill. Honestly, I was surprised how awful the taste was but really wanted a good night’s sleep. I have had better results eating 2 kiwis before bed and a handful of almonds. When I initially requested a refund for this Amazon declined. I had to contact customer service and explain they had a guarantee on this product. I guarantee you that it doesn’t work. Fortunately with my advocacy I was able to get a credit, they didn’t want the open product returned. I thought it was expensive and definitely didn’t live up to the standards of getting sleep- btw I didn’t have soda or coffee whatsoever.. It just doesn’t work. I don’t recommend using it and should have paid better attention to the negative feedback rather than the positive.

This Calm Sleep powder product turned hard as a rock before I could use it all, even with the moisture card included. Had it only 6 months. No idea how to consume the balance, chissel n hammer? That would require taking it outside, not good.
