The product arrived dirty; it seems like it was already used! How is it possible to receive a product in this condition for a baby?! And it came incomplete; it didn't have the head accessory. I am wondering if we are going to receive it?

Muy bonito !! En físico se ve más lindo que en las fotos , lo pedí para mi bebé que cumple 1 añito , en talla está bien solo que si quieres que te dure más de un par de puestas te recomiendo pedir talla más grande.
