It is a favorite of our 3 year old daughter. It is a great way to celebrate and inspire the goodness in the world... It does raise our daughter's questions about things like homelessness. For our family the book presents this topic in a way that is developmentally appropriate for early childhood. It stays focused on how we can ALL do something to reach out when people go through hard times. There is also a simple extension activity in the back where children are asked to imagine all of the good people in their lives.
